AK Stainless – Equipment

At AK Stainless we invest only in the best! That’s why all our Laser cutting technology are ‘TRUMPF’ machines. These are manufactured in Germany and regarded as the ‘Rolls Royce’ of Laser technology.

We have four ‘flat bed’ Lasers which include:

Trumpf TruMatic L4050 (*5 Kilowatt)
Trumpf TruMatic 5040 (*6 Kilowatt)
Trumpf TruMatic 5040 (*7 Kilowatt)
Trumpf TruLaser 5040 *Fibre Cutter (*NEW 2015)

In addition, to compliment the flat bed technology we have:

Trumpf TruLaser 7000 Pipe & Tube Cutter (*NEW 2015)
Trumpf TruBend 5320 Press Brake

The combination of excellent equipment and experienced operators allows AK Stainless to achieve maximum results for our customers. The machines are run over two shift patterns from 6.00am to 10.00 pm Monday – Friday, then 6.00am – 12noon on Saturday.

We engage in laser cutting requirements for a variety of industry sectors. These include Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, Chemical, Oil, Gas, Water, Architectural, Agricultural, Retail, Food & Catering, Educational and Entertainment to name but a few.
